Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to all residents in Great Britain aged 18 and over (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, go to the Morgan's Spiced® 'The Morgan's Adventure' Game application on http://apps.facebook.com/morgansspiced/ complete your personal details on the entry form and click 'Submit'. The competition opens on Wednesday 31st March 2010. All entries must be submitted by June 30th 2010.
3. Users can enter the competition more than once by playing the game. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify a user from the competition if it is found they have tampered with the entry mechanic.
4. The winner will be drawn at random July 7th 2010 from all valid entries and notified by telephone or email by July 31st 2010. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 21 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
5. The first prize is an experience day for the winner and three of his/her friends. The winner will be able to select from the three options below:
a. Spy Academy
i. Prize: Spy Academy - A half day of exciting activities for anyone who wants a taste of the life of a secret agent - spy gadgets, shooting and unarmed combat!
- Specialist surveillance gadgets such as cameras, bugs, & radios
- Fire machine guns on the Close Quarter Battle area
- Expert instruction on pistol draw techniques
- Take part in a laser combat game and unarmed combat skills
- All equipment provided
- Allow up to 3 hours for your visit
ii. Location available: Buckinghamshire - Milton Keynes
iii. Conditions: Maximum age: 70. There are no height or weight restrictions for this activity. Participants should be fit, as there is some running around wooded areas and be free of injury, especially back & neck. You will be asked to sign a medical declaration on the day to declare any medical conditions and/or medication being taken. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
b. White Water Rafting
i. Prize: White water rafting
- Training from an experienced instructor
- Safety briefing and issue of buoyancy aids and helmets
- Introduction to correct paddling techniques and commands
- One or more river runs depending on local water conditions
- Allow 2 hours for your visit
ii. Locations available: Northamptonshire - Northampton, Nottinghamshire - Nottingham, Scotland - Perthshire, Wales - Clwyd and Wales - Gywnedd.
iii. Conditions: Maximum Weight: 18 stone (114kg). Fitness/medical conditions: You should be in reasonable health, a confident swimmer and agile enough to climb into the raft. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue.
c. Mountain Climbing
i. Prize: Mountain Climbing on Ben Nevis or Glencoe for Four. Qualified mountaineering instructor as your personal guide.
ii. Location: Fort William, Highland.
iii. Duration: The experience will last for around ten hours, including briefings and kit issue. You'll be walking, hiking and climbing for a total of nine hours.
iii. Dress Code: Dress warmly and bring a change of clothes for when you've completed your climb. Wear warm waterproofs if you have them. Lots of thin layers are much more effective than one large bulky layer. All climbing equipment will be provided.
6. Spending money, breakfast, drinks and snacks (outside of lunch/dinner) are NOT included. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winner following notification. The prize is nontransferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. No alcohol should be consumed before or during the chosen experience.
8. The winner must claim his/her prize by July 21st 2010. In the event the winner does not claim the prize by this date, the winner shall forfeit his/her prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant drawn electronically at random.
9. The 3 friends chosen by the winner to participate in the prize must be aged 18 or over at the time the winner claims the prize.
10. The winner and the winner's companions are each responsible for ensuring they each have travel insurance.
11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the winner's and/or his/her friends' participation in the prize. The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the hotel or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and his/her friends throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the winner or one or more of his/her companions.
12. The winner's name can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to Agency Republic. 1 Battersea Bridge Road, SW11 3BZ London after 7th July 2010. No other correspondence shall be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
13. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity. The Promoter may photograph, video and/or film the White Water Rafting or any other activity in connection with the prize. Winners acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit without further permission from or payment to winners.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
16. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
17. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
18. An entrant's personal data will only be held for the purpose of selecting the winner and will not be used for any other purposes whatsoever without their prior permission.
19. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
£1000 Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Diageo, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Entries must be submitted via the data capture form being issued during Morgan’s Spiced® sampling events and entry is restricted to one per person. Incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
3. The winner will win £1000 courtesy of Morgan’s Spiced® promotion. The promotion will open on Friday 26th February 2010 and will close on 30th June 2010. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries on 1st July 2010 and will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date of the prize draw. The winner must confirm whether they wish to claim the prize within 4 weeks of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, they shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
4. The winner will receive £1,000 in the form of a cheque.
5. The prize is non transferable.
6. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion.
7. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Scratch Card Mechanic To the Customer
1. Redeemable by customers aged 18 years and over only in Great Britain.
2. This scratch card gives you the chance to win a t shirt or torch keyring when purchasing a 25ml or 35ml measure of Morgan's Spiced® and Cola (or other mixer).
3. This scratch card is only valid on the night of purchase and can only be redeemed in the outlet it was received in.
4. Only one scratch card per person, per day.
5. The scratch card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms & Conditions. Please note that we have the ability to trace your IP address and if necessary contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Entire Agreement – These Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Statement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements and understandings whatsoever between us. To the extent that software is available through the Site, such software may be subject to a license agreement that is distributed or included with such software and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of any such license agreements. The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. We may cede assign or otherwise transfer our rights and obligations in terms of these standard terms and conditions to third parties.

16. Law and Jurisdiction - These Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Statement and any matter relating to this Site, shall be governed by UK Law. To the extent that software is accessible through this site, such software may be subject to export, re-export and/or import controls imposed by the United States or any other jurisdiction and may not be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported: (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has placed an embargo or which is subject to relevant export restrictions; (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list, or (c) in violation of the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders.
